    Position Overview:

    Sets up, oversees, and operates ASI equipment and files to convert the material into a finished product in accordance with specifications, procedures, and practices.

    Primary Position Responsibilities include (but are not limited to)

    • Follow standard processes and procedures as established and assigned the by Operations Manager and/or Area Team Leader.
    • Achieve optimum product quality through proper handling of consumables, materials, and machines
    • Perform established quality checks and make necessary adjustments to match customer specifications
    • Perform necessary in-process quality checks to ensure output is consistent from start to finish
    • Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment and workspaces
    • Respond to “rush” or urgent requests without prior notice, while still maintaining accuracy and deadline requirements.
    • Be flexible to work alternate shift schedules in order to meet customer demands during peak periods.
    • Operate post-printing press equipment of various types
    • Conduct production quality audits and security counts
    • Maintain all security regulations on the handling of the product

    Purpose:

    Hands-on participation in the activities of repair, maintenance, and installation of machines, tools, and equipment, and in the maintenance of buildings, grounds, and utility systems of the plant.

     Responsibilities/Required Work Methods:

    Supervises contractors engaged in installing, servicing, and repairing mechanical/electro-mechanical equipment.  Oversees major painting projects; performing structural repairs to masonry, woodwork, and furnishings of buildings; and maintaining and repairing building utility systems, such as electrical wiring and controls, heating and ventilating systems.

    1. Inspects completed work for conformance to blueprints, specifications, and standards.
    2. Schedules repair, maintenance, and installation of machines, tools, and equipment to ensure continuous production operations.
    3. Coordinates activities of workers fabricating or modifying machines, tools, or equipment to manufacture new products or improve existing products.
    4. Plan, develop, and implement new methods and procedures designed to improve operations, minimize operating costs, and effect greater utilization of labor and materials.
    5. Develops preventive maintenance program in conjunction with contractors and vendors.
    6. Confers with management, operations, and quality personnel to resolve maintenance problems and recommend measures to improve operations and conditions of machines and equipment.
    7. Requisitions tools, equipment, and supplies required for operations.
    8. Analyzes and resolves work problems, or assists employees in solving work problems.
    9. Participate in new equipment, negotiation, and selection.
    10. Reviews technical publications, articles, and abstracts to stay abreast of technical developments in the industry.
    11. Performs related work as required.

     Experience and/or Qualifications:

    Three (3) to five (5) years experience in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance as well as strong hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical and industrial skills with some PLC experience and HVAC.

    Prior and practical hands-on experience in printing technology & operations, packaging, fulfillment, or plastic card manufacturing a plus.

    AA degree in mechanical, electrical, industrial maintenance a plus.

    Must be highly motivated with strong time management skills, ability to multi-task and ability to prioritize multiple projects effectively.

     Position Overview

    The Corporate Director of Operations is a key role in ensuring that we meet our customers’ fulfillment needs.  This position will reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer and is based in Henderson, Nevada.  This position will be responsible for our two production facilities.  As the Corporate Director of Operations, you will be expected to Create Solutions, plan for implementation and then execute on those plans.  You will also be heavily involved with new product and systems development.  The primary focus is to ensure that the product that leaves our facilities meets or exceeds both our quality expectations and delivery timeline while operating efficiently and cost-effectively.
