    Job purpose: Responsible for quality control of products.

    Summary:

    We have an immediate need for a Henderson, NV-based Client Services Specialist to help launch our client’s new card programs as quickly and efficiently as possible.  These programs include debit, credit, reward, loyalty, rebate, and gift card programs that are branded with corporate logos, included with branded packaging, and shipped with suitable terms and conditions sheets and activation labels. The successful candidate will operate administrative software to set up these programs and prepare them for automated ordering and manufacturing.  Each program goes through set-up, proofing, quality assurance and production testing before being promoted to “live” status.  We continuously strive to improve our software and processes to reduce the time-to-market for these programs, as this directly drives our profitability and client satisfaction – the successful candidate will help lead this continuous improvement effort.

     Primary Position Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

    • Facilitating identification of new program opportunities with existing clients
    • Collection of existing clients new program requirements
    • Coordinating the full life cycle of new program configuration, approval, & implementation up to and including the first live production run
    • Collaboratively working with Project Managers and other Arroweye sales support functions on gathering new client first program requirements
    • Creating and configuring card programs in our administrative portal.
    • Creating and configuring new client set ups, closely working with Project Managers to On-board clients.
    • Creating and maintaining work tickets for each new program configuration.
    • Using Arroweye’s automated proprietary tools to create digital proofs of cards and collateral for client approval.
    • Coordinating and facilitating the approval of cards with Visa, MasterCard and other associations.
    • Recording metrics that help us to understand and optimize our setup processes.
    • Monitoring completion times and test order success rates and reporting these in weekly review meetings.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Good general computer skills, including web skills, knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, and working experience with enterprise software.
    • Process-oriented; someone who uses a rigorous standard approach in their work, while at the same time recommending improvements to process or technology that will drive better quality and efficiency.
    • Detail-oriented, noticing and cares about the details of a complex environment and will not be afraid to ask questions to make sure they understand.
    • Conscientious and very organized; someone who takes extra care and double-checks their work to make sure it is right before calling it done.  Someone with a consistently low rate of error.
    • Prior card industry Customer Service experience preferred.
    • A Bachelor’s degree is a plus.

    Purpose:

    Hands on participation in the activities of repair, maintenance, and installation of machines, tools, and equipment, and in maintenance of buildings, grounds, and utility systems of plant.

     Responsibilities/Required Work Methods:

    Supervises contractors engaged in installing, servicing, and repairing mechanical/electro-mechanical equipment.  Oversees major painting projects; performing structural repairs to masonry, woodwork, and furnishings of buildings; and maintaining and repairing building utility systems, such as electrical wiring and controls, heating and ventilating systems.

     Experience and/or Qualifications:

    AA degree in mechanical, electrical, industrial maintenance a plus.

    • Establish and assign Team Members to standard processes and procedures
    • Ensure achievement of optimum product quality through proper handling of consumables, materials and machines

    • User and system technical support (Hardware and Software)
    • Analysis of data and systems to resolve technical problems
    • Driving cases to quick resolution in order to facilitate on-time deliveries
