    Job purpose: Supervise production operation in accordance with plant policies and procedures. Ensure smooth production operation during shift. Directs set up, oversees team, and operates ASI equipment when necessary to convert material into finished product in accordance with specifications, procedures, and practices. Note: This job description is a guide – at all times duties will be determined and assigned by the on duty manager as business needs dictate.

    Approximate daily distribution of duties:

    • 80% Support of Daily Production
    • 15% Process Improvement
    • 5% Administrative
    • Key focus will be to assist the Production Team Leader with accomplishing all required tasks.

    Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

    Daily Production:

    • Establish and assign Team Members to standard processes and procedures
    • Ensure achievement of optimum product quality through proper handling of consumables, materials and machines
    • Ensure the performance of the required in-process quality checks to ensure output is consistent from start to finish
    • Ensure the maintenance, cleanliness, and organization of equipment
    • Coordinate the response to “rush” or urgent requests without prior notice, while still maintaining accuracy and deadline requirements.
    • Be flexible to work alternate shift schedules in order to meet customer demands during peak periods.

    General:

    • Ensure a safe work environment compliant with OSHA regulations and free from harassment and/or discrimination for all ASI Team Members.
    • Ensure that all security regulations are fully met every day, by all team members.
    • Oversee troubleshooting and preventative/routine maintenance on ASI printing equipment
    • Participate in and support monthly inventory counts
    • Responsible for achieving the operations team KPI goals for example OTD, scrap, quality, cost/card.
    • Responsible for ensuring that a consistent and comparable quality is produced from each piece of ASI equipment.
    • Provide direction and training for all ASI team members that use ASI equipment.
    • Develop, document, and utilize standardized methods to train new team members.
    • Participate / recommend process improvements and cost reductions.

    Preferred Requirements and Education:

    • 2+ years experience in a manufacturing environment
    • Proven troubleshooting and problem solving skills
    • Ability to follow procedures well (process driven)
    • Sensitivity to customer needs and stringent delivery requirements
    • Available to work overtime as needed
    • Effectively communicate and interact in a manner that is professional and clear to all levels of fellow ASI team members, customers, and other parties.
    • Ability to maintain good attendance
    • Experience of working within ISO or documented quality system
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook (email), MS excel, and MS word
    • Intermediate math skills

    Position Overview

    We have an immediate need for a Web Team Lead. This role will be responsible for leading Arroweye’s Web development team. This team works on all the company’s web platforms including B2B and B2C eCommerce sites, card customization features and administrative portals. They play an important role in the company’s success.

    The successful candidate will be asked to quickly understand our software platforms, database structure and on-demand manufacturing processes. As in any smaller organization, you may be asked to fulfill duties beyond your specific job title.

    Primary Position Responsibilities include (but are not limited to)

    • Guide team development efforts towards successful project delivery
    • Exhibit and establish a culture of quality software design. Set high-level design objectives, review and critique software designs proposed by the team
    • Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship.
    • Design, develop, and unit test services and applications.
    • Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits.
    • Analyze and resolve complex technical problems
    • Participate in client/external interactions on technical matters
    • Drives engineering processes for the project such as build automation, unit testing, software configuration management and packaging
    • Work with the CTO and PMs to develop project and resource plans/schedules.
    • Participate in the team member review process

    Required Qualifications:

    • 2+ year(s) experience leading a development team
    • Ability to work closely with groups throughout an organization
    • Development experience in C#, HTML, CSS, ASP.NET, JavaScript, jQuery and Angular.
    • Comfortable with object oriented programming and working with n-tier architectures.
    • Familiarity with SQL and schema changes. Microsoft SQL Server experience a plus.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field

    Position Overview:

    Arroweye is looking for a full-time Technology Support Technician to work in our Louisville, KY facility.  As part of the Technology Support Team you will be focused on all aspects of the technology that drives the production processes.  Supported areas include: Database (SQL), Physical Files, Encryption/Decryption, production software applications, as well as general hardware support for PCs, printers, barcode scanner and other custom hardware and software solutions.

     

    This position is focused on ensuring the smooth operation and continued innovation of our software driven manufacturing process.

    Primary Position Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

    • User and system technical support (Hardware and Software)
    • Analysis of data and systems to resolve technical problems
    • Driving cases to quick resolution in order to facilitate on-time deliveries
    • Resolving cases assigned to the support team
    • Writing case resolution documentation to assist other support engineers
    • Interfacing between the Operations and Engineering groups

    Qualifications include:

    • Jack of all trade’s mentality
    • Excellent problem-solving skills
    • Strong grasp of SQL fundamentals and query writing

    Back end Developer

    The developer will work as a part of the back end team to develop and maintain client order processing systems and associated tools.

    Purpose:

    Hands-on participation in the activities of repair, maintenance, and installation of machines, tools, and equipment, and in the maintenance of buildings, grounds, and utility systems of the plant.

     Responsibilities/Required Work Methods:

    Supervises contractors engaged in installing, servicing, and repairing mechanical/electro-mechanical equipment.  Oversees major painting projects; performing structural repairs to masonry, woodwork, and furnishings of buildings; and maintaining and repairing building utility systems, such as electrical wiring and controls, heating and ventilating systems.

    1. Inspects completed work for conformance to blueprints, specifications, and standards.
    2. Schedules repair, maintenance, and installation of machines, tools, and equipment to ensure continuous production operations.

     Experience and/or Qualifications:

    Three (3) to five (5) years experience in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance as well as strong hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical and industrial skills with some PLC experience and HVAC.

    Prior and practical hands-on experience in printing technology & operations, packaging, fulfillment, or plastic card manufacturing a plus.

    AA degree in mechanical, electrical, industrial maintenance a plus.

    Must be highly motivated with strong time management skills, ability to multi-task and ability to prioritize multiple projects effectively.
